KashmirThese simple paintings are the beginning of a batik collection, Kashmir, coming out early summer 2009. Kashmir is a combination of drawings from my sketch book that were transformed into these black and white paintings. Batiks are hand-dyed fabrics that are printed with a wax resist of the design and dyed again. This creates very unique pieces of fabric. Watch for the collection coming early summer.
